Entrepreneurship &
Innovation for Executives
A five-day executive programme in London for leaders who build, fund and scale new ventures inside and beyond their organisations.
Why it matters
An entrepreneurial mindset, at executive level
Entrepreneurship is no longer only for start-ups. Executives use it to manage uncertainty, renew their organisations and stay competitive.
The programme brings together the topics that now meet in every growth strategy: AI and digital finance, working with universities and research, innovation ecosystems, the entrepreneurial finance landscape and corporate venturing.
It also covers the intellectual-property strategy that protects and monetises innovation, and the digital transformation roadmaps that keep an organisation adaptable.
