Business Services/Executive Learning
AI for Business Leaders
Navigating the AI frontier, from AI foundations to AI applications. A five-day executive programme in London.
Why it matters
A strategic necessity, not a luxury
Leaders who understand AI make better decisions about where it creates value, how to govern it and what it means for their organisation.
The programme covers both sides of the question. The first is opportunity: how AI changes productivity, processes and business models. The second is responsibility: AI safety, bias, data privacy and the governance and regulatory frameworks executives are now expected to lead.
Participants leave able to judge AI proposals critically and to protect their organisation’s reputation and trust. They will also be ready for the regulation now emerging in the UK and internationally.
